Unfinished Tasks = Mental Drain
Open loops weigh you down. Learn to close them fast.

A while ago, I had a “harmless” list of half-finished things:
A book with 30 pages left.
A broken drawer I’d been meaning to fix since… last winter.
An email draft waiting for “just the right words”.
Doesn’t sound like a big deal, does it? 🤔
Until I noticed my mind was feeling heavy and unfocused — even on empty days, I just couldn’t relax properly.
Then it hit me:
You might forget about those unfinished tasks, but your brain doesn’t. They’re still there, running in the background, like a hundred browser tabs that are still open on your phone.
Here’s the fix:
👉️ Pick one open task today and close it, NOW.
👉️ Doesn’t matter if it’s tiny, doesn’t matter if it takes just 30 seconds.
👉️ Close enough of them and your brain will suddenly feel lighter.
Now think:
What’s one unfinished task you’ve been dragging on for weeks?
Is it really that hard to finish it?
Why have you been avoiding that thing for so long?
Your focus is expensive — don’t waste it.
